This is a self-build kit for 6 plants in a recirculating deep water culture system. This system is NOT DRILLED. This is the same system featured in our YouTube video but with 6 plant's instead of 2 or 4.

*Please watch our video below before ordering as this system DOES NOT come with instructions!

This system includes 6-5 gallon buckets with 6" bucket baskets and one 5 gallon reservoir bucket. The whole system is connected with 1" soft tubing, and recirculates with a submersible 75 gallon per hour water pump. Each plant is aerated with its own air stone from the 6-output air pump that is also included.
This system also includes our water level indicator kit that is in our video. This does NOT include growing media due to shipping weight. (PLEASE SEE VIDEO LINKS)

**THIS IS A DO-IT-YOURSELF KIT. PA HYDROPONICS/PAH SUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES OR LEAKS!**

INCLUDED IN THIS KIT:

7 - 5 Gallon black food-grade buckets
6 - 6" Bucket net lids
1 - Plain bucket lid to cover reservoir
14 - 1" Bulkhead drain fittings
10 Feet of 1" flexible black tubing  (YOU MAY TRIM TO YOUR AREA)
1 - 100 feet roll of premium air tubing (YOU MAY TRIM TO YOUR AREA)
6 - Round, medium Active Air cylinder air stones
1 - Active Air heavy duty 6 output, 715 gallon per hour air pump
1 - Stirponic "100 GPH" submersible water pump (formerly eco 66)
1 - 1/2" to 3/4" reducer with tubing attached (AS SEEN IN VIDEO)
1 - Water level indicator kit with blue Sight Tube (AS SEEN IN VIDEO)
1 - 10 foot piece of 1/2" tubing ( to use to drain system with included pump )
14 - 1 inch hose clamps

THERE ARE LOT'S OF TIP'S AND TRICKS IN OUR VIDEOS TO HELP BUILD THIS! We have a 4 plant video setup but not a six plant video, build it the same as the 4 plant but add an extra bucket so it will have 2 rows of 3 buckets instead of 2 rows of 2, hope you can figure it out :)

WE DON'T RECOMMEND GROWING HUGE PLANT'S IN THIS RDWC SYSTEM THAT HAS 1" CIRCULATION LINES. OUR RECOMMENDED HEIGHT FOR FULL GROWN PLANTS IS 1-3 FEET. BIGGER PLANT'S CAN CLOG 1" TUBING. IF THIS HAPPENS TURN OFF WATER PUMP AND KEEP AIR RUNNING.

Drill Sizes for DIY Kits:
3" Bulkheads - 3 3/4" Hole Saw
1/2", 3/4", 1" Drains (Bulkheads) - 1 1/4" Hole Saw
Airline - 1/4" Drill Bit

    Customer Error

Posted by Kelley Banff on Mar 3rd 2022

Just received my system and i'm more than thrilled and excited to start growing. With that being said, I do have a couple questions regarding an error I made while assembling the system. With some incorrect math on my end, I accidentally cut the 1' rubber tubing down to 8 1/2 inches. My question, will this effect the outer diameter growth when the plants begin to grow. I also seen that you recommend up to 3ft plants. In the case that the plants grow beyond 3ft, what would be the maximum height a plant could grow before causing serious complications? *** Gary - the tubing can be all different in between buckets it wont hurt the flow, if the plants are huge and the tubing get clogged then you can just turn off the circulation and let it bubble, they are bubble buckets so they will still finish the grow. Hope this hels. G ***

    My 2nd purchase

Posted by Cinde on Dec 4th 2021

Hands down best money spent. 2nd purchase from them. I was wanting to upgrade my hydro system but everything is so over priced. I looked to see if maybe they had a similar system. For $247 with shipping we decided to have Gary drill everything we needed and we put it together. Works wonderfully. Highly recommend this system and this company

    fittings

Posted by Anthony Evans on Jul 16th 2020

Upon getting the product I was excited. I drilled the holes exactly 1 1/2 inches from the bottom of the buckets as you did in the videos on youtube but, for some reason all of the fittings developed leaks and I can not use the buckets until I find a more reliable fitting for them, So for right now I am doing just the DWC and not RDWC. PAH- Yes the fitting can be tricky sometimes, we have had quality control issues with them having a plastic raised lip behind the back rubber washer, it can be removed easily and we did a quick video about it called "Bulkhead Update" on our youtube channel, lately the bulkheads have been much better after we showed the manufacturer the issue. Sorry you had this problem and it can be fixed. Also some people use hose clamps on some of the tubing if the leak happens to be coming from the barbed fitting. -Gary
