Billing Address should match what bank has on file for card. If payment fails try Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe. You may be asked to perform ID verification on your order for a variety of reasons. ID verification links are sent to the email address associated with the placed order and are valid for 48 hours. Failure to successfully verify ID will result in the order being cancelled. All products are for legal use only. We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx and USPS. All products that have been assembled or used may NOT be returned. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any damage to your residence from water or from any assembly issues on our hydroponic systems. We are not responsible for any bodily injuries from construction of our Do-It-Yourself hydroponic systems, build at your own risk.


We do not accept returns if any products have been opened, please be sure you are ordering the right product(s). You may contact us on the contact form to ask questions about products to avoid ordering the wrong parts. Orders may be cancelled by calling our store prior to shipping for a full refund of the product. If the product has already been shipped, you may return it at your own shipping expense and we will refund your payment minus the original shipping cost to your original payment method. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Hydroponic systems that have been drilled are non returnable.


We only ship within the continental United States.
