This is a bare bones do-it-yourself kit for our 4 plant STIRPONIC RDWC system with reservoir. It DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BUCKETS OR CLAY ROCKS - This will save you a lot on shipping! Please watch our video for this system because it does NOT come with instructions. Assembled system will fit in a 3'x3' or 4'x4' (or larger) tent/area.

The whole system is connected with 1" soft tubing, and recirculates with a submersible 75 gallon per hour water pump. Each plant is aerated with its own air stone from the 4-output air pump that is also included.
This system also includes our water level indicator kit that is in our video. (PLEASE SEE VIDEO LINKS PAGE)

4 - 6" Bucket net lids
1 - Plain bucket lid to cover reservoir
10 - 1" Bulkhead drain fittings
5 - 1" Sections of black tubing each cut to 14" (YOU MAY TRIM TO YOUR AREA)
4 - 1/4" Sections of airline that are 10 feet long (YOU MAY TRIM TO YOUR AREA)
4 - Round, medium Active Air cylinder air stones
1 - Active Air 4 output, 237 gallon per hour air pump
1 - Stirponic "100 GPH" submersible water pump (formerly eco 66)
1 - 1/2" to 3/4" reducer with tubing attached (AS SEEN IN VIDEO)
1 - Water level indicator kit with blue Sight Tube (AS SEEN IN VIDEO)
1 - 10 foot piece of 1/2" tubing ( to use to drain system with included pump )
10 - 1 inch hose clamps

WE DON'T RECOMMEND GROWING HUGE PLANT'S IN THIS RDWC SYSTEM THAT HAS 1" CIRCULATION LINES. OUR RECOMMENDED HEIGHT FOR FULL GROWN PLANTS IS 1-3 FEET. BIGGER PLANT'S CAN CLOG 1" TUBING. IF THIS HAPPENS TURN OFF WATER PUMP AND KEEP AIR RUNNING.

DIY Stirponic RDWC

Great packaging and fast shipping. Fun project to build. Mistakes were made and I had a couple leaks. I used a flexseal type of liquid rubber around those and that worked great. It's supposed to be safe for plants but use at your own risk. I'm worried it may flake off and clog a pump but time will tell. My setup was a little different so I needed longer tubing. I bet Gary would have accommodated if asked, but I was scared because he's internet famous.

This kit was so easy to setup and get in place and a awesome price too. I had no leaks, yea!! This came SUPER fast from PA Hydroponics and not sure if you know but, our man Gary has some MAD packing skills lol. My order was packed so nicely and neat with every single piece that I was supposed to receive in excellent condition. The water pump works great and keeps all my buckets level. The air pump injects plenty of air into my 4 site RDWC :-). Love how Gary put the extra work into making this kit easy for literally anyone to setup and actually tested by the man himself. The instructional videos, man I wish everything in life came with an instructional video as efficient as the ones Gary makes hahaha. We have 2 hydro shops where I live and they are about 40 miles apart but don't come close to the variety, expertise, or knowledge that PA Hydro has and that's why PA Hydro has won my business and I have now became a fan and forever customer ;-) Thank you Gary for the help and patience you give, your always willing to help us out. I used 5 gal square buckets to build my RDWC system. I put a little water sealant all connection and had no leaks. It came with everything I needed.

Kit seems worth the $, video clear instructions. Would be much happier if reservoir bucket didn’t leak. Still trying to fix with silicone caulk. Any other advice to stop leak would be helpful. *** We get leak issues here and there, please watch our video on leaks to help out and Im sure it will get resolved***Gary

Great package system, crazy fast shipping, but most of all...the videos! Setup was a breeze and seedlings seem to love it so far. Still a little nervous about potential leaks(I spend alot of time away and I'm coming from a flood tray system) but solid so far. Thanks for everything Garry and let me know if you ever get more shirts lol!
