I use this scale at the store to ship small products and it works great! The nice big bowl on it is also a plus and the bowl fits on the scale and doesn't slide around because of the built-in under rim. Comes in handy for many things:) The only thing we have seen go wrong with this is if the round scale table isnt centered it will get stuck but that is easy to just move the round disk to re center it if needed.- Gary
