YES. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE BULKHEAD WRENCH
If you'll be working with a 2" or 3" UC Spin-Tight Bulkhead from Current Culture then I recommend getting their bulkhead wrench just to make things easier.. If' you'll be working with multiple bulkheads then I'd say it's an absolute necessity. Before even installing the bulkheads I used to fight just to separate them but then I got the wrench and it made working with the bulkheads so much easier.

This is a must have tool during installation. Helps loosen tight fittings after shipping. Great for final tightening even under water.

Probably not necessary for putting ON the bulkhead (you don't want them too tight), but may be good for removing. Does its job!
