Gary's infamous adjustable hole saw as featured in a few of our YouTube videos.
This is what we use for cutting the holes in lids on the Fallponic systems for the 8" net baskets.
We keep ours set to 7.5"

Please use extreme caution with this tool.
Note that the horizontal bar holding the cutting blades does not sit perfectly level with the arbor on most of these. We haven't found it to be a problem, but if you're a perfectionist this likely isn't the tool for your hole cutting needs.
We are not responsible for any personal injury or unfortunate events that may arise due to the use of this tool.
Absolutely make sure all hex-screws are secured prior to use.

Standard 3/8" hex shank
Boring diameter: 1-3/16" to 7-7/8"
Boring thickness: 1/8" to 2"
1000 RPM or less recommended

If you're having difficulty cutting, try this tip from Brian P.

"I wanted to share a useful tip on cutting the Fallponic black lids with the large hole cutting tool that you recommend in your build video. Aptly nicknamed the “ninja blades from Hell”. You are absolutely right when you said in the video to be careful as it is hard to control. So, I found it much easier to use just one blade on one of the arms. That way you don’t have to be exactly precise on getting the two blades the exact same distance from the center, and you end up with the much better cut and tighter fit to the net basket. I would not be surprised if you discovered this already for yourself, but you may want to pass it on to your customers if you haven’t already."
